Reading and Listening

Here's a list of what I've been reading and listening to this past week.

The disgusting revelations about Harvey Weinstein. Choose your media: The New York Times or The New Yorker.

The effect of big tech on our lives. (Hint: it's not all good.

Richard H. Thaler wins the Nobel Prize in Economics for his contributions to behavioural economics: Read about it in Fast Company

Dan Brown just published his latest, Origin, and it's a lot of fun, particularly as an audiobook. Plus, now I want to go to Spain.

Trumpcast: From The Guardian – Slate CEO Jacob Weisberg began this podcast during the Republican primaries to chronicle the then-candidate’s misdeeds. His hope was that it would have run its course by the Republican convention, but here we are. Essential listening for the US’s new political dark age. Always interesting.

Stephen Colbert takes down that Pepsi ad
