The Vancouver skies have finally cleared and we can once again see across Burrard Inlet to our beloved North Shore Mountains.
True Vancouverites tend to be forgetful when it comes to weather. Just as two days of sunshine in July can wipe out six months of bleak and rainy 2017 memories, a week of clean air will clear the hazy smoke-filled days of last week from our minds.
That is, unless we go back in time through our Instagram feeds. Weather is fleeting, but social media is forever.
Therefore, because BC wildfires continue to rage and a change in the wind could mean the smoke may well return to Vancouver (and at the risk of appearing like the wordy geek I am), I offer this simple piece of grammarly advice for next time.
